VP, Sales Learning & Leadership Development

The VP, Sales Learning & Leadership Development executive is responsible for leading the design, development and deployment of learning and development programs in conjunction with strategic leadership development to over 10,000 associates globally. This Senior Leadership Team role aligns to ADP's strategic initiatives of Simplify, Innovate and Grow by driving programs that are learning agile, collaborative with business unit initiatives and simplifies next generational learning by enhancing delivery and adoption of technology learning tools.

Responsibilities:
Assess and identify current and future organizational training and development needs.
Lead large scale training projects and initiatives in conjunction with senior business unit leaders.
Cross-collaborate globally with sales business units to identify leadership development needs.
Implement, manage and measure the effectiveness of key programs and return on investment.
Build and maintain relationships with external training vendors for training content and delivery.
Maintain strong knowledge of innovative learning technologies to support a dynamic, mobile and diverse sales force and product portfolio.
Using innovation to stay at the forefront of our training platforms and keeping to our highly awarded training standards.
Work closely with teams to enhance their breadth of knowledge in HCM to ensure they are prepared to respond to market / client needs.
Partner with automation and enablement teams for focus on innovation and modernization of learning technology tools.
Interact with other senior leaders of WW Sales Operations to continuously improve and maintain inter-segment relationships, drive common market strategies, and share experience and feedback.
The key strategic leader will also be responsible for building strong domain expertise in Human Capital Maangement across the ADP Enterprise.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related discipline.
8-12 years relevant HR experience, including experience in field sales leadership, sales operations and/or learning & leadership development.
Excellent project management, planning and analytical skills.
Ability to influence through data-driven recommendations.
Experience supporting a sales organization preferred.
Working knowledge of sales learning and development best practices, adult learning theory, and teaching techniques.
Ability to work effectively within a matrixed environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
