The Solution Architect bridges technology and marketing expertise, particularly in digital consumer promotions (coupons, product samples, loyalty & rebates, analytics, social engagement).
Desired Skills & Experience
6
years in technology development, consulting or project management. Experience in digital or direct marketing technologies (Digital agency, CRM, Database marketing, Analytics, Email marketing) highly preferred.
Ability to articulate capabilities and consult with client stakeholders, partner agencies and internal teams to implement existing technology stack & process or implement new technical process.
Demonstrate top notch programming and a track record of getting things done successfully.
Advanced skills on the server-side development stack, specifically C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server.
Up to date, in depth expertise on modern web standards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), responsive design & accessibility.
Passion for web standards and emerging technologies
Comfortable with the development process at any stage
Ability to drive a project from brainstorm, conception, to completion
Have the natural instinct to introduce best-practice programing techniques as well as provide expertise insight
Ability to view a project as a complete user-experience
Self-motivating and self-directing team player
Master communicator - both interpersonally and through your work
Knowledge of direct mail, print, fulfillment industry are pluses but not required.
