Variable Work Schedule:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager, Clinical Customer Service to join our team at our office in Roseland, NJ. The Manager, Clinical Customer Service will be responsible for the strategic and tactical aspects of the customer service call center, resulting in improved efficiency, quality meeting customer service performance goals. We will give preference to candidates who are able to work a later shift (approx 10am to 6:30pm).
Position Responsibilities:
Identify new processes or procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop supervisor staff in management skills, business operation and project management.
Implement programs to improve staff quality and efficiency to increase customer satisfaction.
Create a business plan for each fiscal year.
Create a positive and supportive environment for peers and staff by maintaining a consistently positive attitude.
Position Requirements:
Education : A High school/GED diploma is required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Licensure : None required.
Relevant Work Experience: Three years Customer Service experience is required. Management experience in health care/health insurance is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Project Management skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
