Position: Senior Business Consultant/Analyst
Compensation: up to 120K
Location: Roseland based - up to 75% Travel
Our client is one of the Nation's leading Accounting & Advisory firms with over 2500
employees. The Advisory division helps organizations address many different challenges resulting from growth, economic issues, opportunities or crises. These could include Technology, M&A, Data Analytics and Process Engineering projects as well as restructuring, compliance and valuations.
TRAVEL OF UP TO 75% is required. Unfortunately, our client is not able to provide sponsorship at this time.
The Senior Consultant/Analyst will
Work with all levels of client management on business and/or technology projects
Gather requirements and processes related to current state
Complete process mapping and requirements analysis
Lead and/or participate in workshops and presentations with project team and clients
Create and update project plans, progress reporting, and dashboards
Successful Candidates will have:
Extensive experience with business process analysis such as process mapping and requirements analysis.
Participation in business transformation projects (e.g., Business Process Design, ERP Implementation, Supply & Demand Planning, Accelerated Financial Close).
Experience creating and presenting project presentations to clients and internal management
Domain expertise in one or more functional disciplines (e.g., supply chain management, finance and accounting, manufacturing and distribution operations).
Strong problem solving and analytical skills are a must.
Highly driven and self-motivated to work as required, with a hands-on approach to ensure the deliverables are produced on time with high quality.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with at least two years in a consulting capacity.
BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
Contributed significantly to consulting projects with a process and technology focus, and interacted closely with various levels of client management and staff.
Experience in one or more of the following industries: commercial services, industrial, manufacturing or consumer packaged goods.
MUST have strong communication, documentation and presentation skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
