Technical Systems Analyst
Our client is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst.
The Technical Systems Analyst (TSA) role is system solution centric and is involved in the translation of the business requirements into functional specifications. This is the professional who, once software requirements are clearly defined, creates the functional solution and supports the lead developer in incorporating them into the technical design. The TSA also supports QA testing (strategy development and execution) and provides Knowledge transfer to the application support team. Due to the nature of the role, there is a need to collaborate across the business at all levels.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Create Functional specification document for Initiatives; provide Dev/QA/UA Support.
- Good analytical skills
- Technical background
- Good understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
- Ability to prioritize and work independently or under limited supervision
- Good team and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and negotiate effectively and tactfully
- Excellent customer focus
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Validates that the business requirements are complete, consistent and technically achievable; collaborates to resolve gaps in requirements.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
