The Senior Business Analyst would be responsible for gathering information, participating or leading workshops, performing analysis and producing deliverables. The candidate will be able to effectively interact with all levels of client management. The individual will be assigned to Roseland, NJ but can work from one of several the Company's New York/New Jersey offices. He or she will primarily serve regional clients while being flexible to travel out of town as needed on a project by project basis.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with business process analysis such as process mapping and requirements analysis.
Participation in business transformation projects (e.g., Business Process Design, ERP Implementation, Supply & Demand Planning, Accelerated Financial Close).
Domain expertise in one or more functional disciplines (e.g., supply chain management, finance and accounting, manufacturing and distribution operations).
Strong problem solving and analytical skills are a must.
Highly driven and self-motivated to work as required, with a hands-on approach to ensure the deliverables are produced on time with high quality.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

REQUIREMENTS:
Three to five years of work experience, with at least two years in a consulting capacity.
Contributed significantly to consulting projects with a process and technology focus, and interacted closely with various levels of client management and staff.
Experience in one or more of the following industries: commercial, services, industrial, manufacturing or consumer packaged goods.
BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
