We are looking for a Machinist for an 18-24 month contract.
Responsibilities
Operate & maintain Excellon CNC Century 2001 Router, Excellon CNC HVP Series drill, ADT Dicer, and Autoclave
Work with blue prints and manufacturing procedures
Able to perform math work to adjust programs accordingly
Perform first article verifications
Inspect the results with microscope
Utilize experience and judgment gained from work as a technician
Minimum Requirements
AAS, Military Electronics training or equivalent preferred
4
years of experience as a drilling or routing technician in the printed circuit board manufacturing industry
Must be able to read DXf files, drawings and procedures
Must be proficient in CNC programming and operation
Must be able to successfully pass all company related training modules
Ability to set-up and operate standard and special purpose electronics test equipment
Special work Conditions
Applicants selected could be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Eligibility requirements include U.S. nationals and permanent residents.
