Prudential''s Group Insurance Voluntary Benefits Department is seeking an experienced Enrollment Campaign Manager to strategize and lead campaigns for all group products including Universal Life, Critical Illness and Accident Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for developing the campaign strategy and actively managing the hands on execution to ensure that it is in line with the product and sales organization''s objectives. Candidate needs to have analytical skills to analyze data and provide innovative approaches to increase participation and provide direction for project deliverables and/or solutions. Candidate may be asked to travel and present our enrollment strategy with Brokers or Employers as needed. Required to partner closely with internal and external business partners to ensure enrollment campaign is on-time and on-strategy with 100% accuracy. This position will be the key interface to the Employer in determining their needs and developing their campaign project plans.
This position have the opportunity to work in Roseland, NJ or Dresher, PA.
Must demonstrate proven skills in the following areas:
Campaign strategy and project plan development
Prior exposure to working with external client
Presentation and communication skills
General business writing and time-management
Proficient in Microsoft office products
Must also be adept in the art of persuasion, possess effective negotiation skills and think outside the box to sell enrollment campaign ideas and recommendations to both internal business partners and external clients
Ability to present concepts and communicate with all levels of management.
Proactive problem-solving ability with a solutions-oriented attitude.
Ensure timely execution of projects on accelerated schedules
Ability to handle increasingly high volume of work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment in a calm manner
Group insurance experience and knowledge a plus
Occasional travel
Prior Management experience a plus
OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
