The Vice President, Sales Training, will provide critical support to Group Insurance's (GI) sales and account management teams to attain sales target. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing sales training strategies that align with GI's business priorities and objectives and ultimately lead the business to successful results.
Responsibilities Include:
Identification of sales training needs
Design and execute effective sales training strategies to support the GI portfolio and product strategy with increased focus on high margin products
Ensure best practices are shared and applied effectively across functions and segments
Develop SAM core competencies that support GI strategy (penetration of new territories/relationships, consultative selling of target products)
A t least 7 years of demonstrated ability to elevate the performance of an organization through training, coaching, measures
Proven track record of creating sales training curriculum that aligns with and impacts business priorities
Strong product, marketing and distribution experience
Proven ability to drive a training agenda
Significant experience with successful creation and deployment of competency models
Demonstrated ability to influence across the business and manage conflicting agendas
Strong platform presentation skills
Experience with effective deployment of e-Learning solutions
Proven track record of developing and leading high performance teams
Strong senior executive presentation and influencing skills
Superior ability to prioritize with a strategic lens
Ability to create and communicate a clear vision of success
Bachelor's degree

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
