Responsibilities and Duties Key Job Responsibilities/ Essential Functions for Assistant Teachers:
Energetic engagement and communication with individual children while teaching Interact frequently and respectfully with children and parents/guardians Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans based on our curriculum and learning goals to prepare children for Kindergarten Create a dynamic, fun, creative, and interactive classroom experience Regular and consistent parent/guardian communication in person and in writing electronically Follow all safety and health rules Keep the environment safe, clean and attractive.
Participate actively with the teaching team through communication Positive and participative team player with fellow teachers, director, and owners Qualifications and Skills Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements:

year prior experience in a licensed childcare setting Superior skills in creating a dynamic, interactive classroom experience CPR & First Aid and Food Safety Certifications (Preferred) Job Type:
