HumanHire is partnered with a Top 200 AmLaw Firm to find a Collections Coordinator to join their growing team in Roseland, NJ!The Collections Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Credit Manager with various processes and projects to collect the firm's accounts receivable.
Location:
Roseland, NJWhat's in it for you?Pay:
$70,000 - $80,000/yr plus weekly pay and overtime!Hybrid flexibility:

Responsibilities:
Manage the AR reminder statement process and follow-up with clients regarding past due balancesProactively communicate via email and phone to inquire about payment status and resolve invoice discrepanciesObtain internal Partner approval for client contact and present proposed payment plans to attorneys and clientsMonitor payment plans, escalate issues to Credit Manager, and respond promptly to client inquiriesAccurately record notes and determine subsequent follow-up in ARCS2G
Qualifications:
